The Eagle and Kansas.com received 75 entries in the 2012 Howl-o-ween pet photo contest.
Readers used a lot of imagination and creativity in dressing their pets, with costumes going beyond witches, pumpkins and princesses to pirates, pilots, fortune tellers, zombie hunters, “rufferees” and disgruntled postal workers.
We’ve narrowed the entries to 16 finalists and now ask you to vote for your favorite. One vote per person will be allowed each day. Deadline for voting is 11:59 p.m. Nov. 18.
The winning photo will be featured in The Eagle on Nov. 24, and the winner will receive a $50 gift card to a pet store.
